2024 Façade Awards UK shortlist revealed!

2023 Winners.
2023 Winners.

It’s the moment you have all been waiting for, the shortlist for the 2024 Façade Awards UK has been revealed!

The live awards ceremony will be taking place on 8 November at The Midland Hotel in Manchester and will give those attending the opportunity to network and celebrate excellence in façades.

That’s not all, this year we had the highest entries ever, especially in the Best New Build category. We felt we couldn’t exclude so many fantastic projects so, for the first time, we have split a category in two, dividing the Best New Build entries into North and South* projects to give more hard-working contractors and manufacturers their time to shine.

Gabriel Day, editor of RCI magazine, said: “As the industry continues to prosper and grow, it has yielded an overwhelming amount of high-quality of entries that we have received in our third year of the Façade Awards UK.

The outstanding diversity of the entries clearly shines a light on the complex workmanship and high-quality products involved on the individual projects. The bar was also very high for entries this year so if you did not make it into the shortlist, be sure to try again next year!

“The RCI team is very excited to be celebrating the Façade Awards UK this year after the fantastic ceremony back in 2023, when the venue was bursting at the seams with over 400 guests!

“We would therefore like to invite everyone who has entered the awards to attend the lunch in person again.”
