AccuRoof has appointed Paul Griffiths as the new regional specification manager for the Southwest of England.
He joins the team with 40 years of experience in the construction market, largely in roofing, and takes over from Ian Hayward, who has held the role for the past nine years and retired at the end of last year.
Paul is well-acquainted with the AccuRoof business, having most recently worked at Recticel and Sika. Over the years, he has partnered with the AccuRoof team on numerous projects, and is very familiar with the local area and many of the customers he will be serving.
Ian Dryden, national sales manager for AccuRoof, said: “We are thrilled to appoint someone with the experience and calibre of Paul Griffiths to this role. His understanding of the market, our business, and our customer base in the Southwest will facilitate a smooth transition. I am confident that he will continue to build on the excellent work of his predecessor, Ian Hayward, in growing our business in the Southwest.”
Commenting on his appointment, Paul said: “I am excited to be part of the AccuRoof team. I have known the team for a long time, and they are dedicated professionals doing excellent work in the roofing market.
“My role will involve collaborating with both architects and contractors to provide product training and specifications for our flat roofing products. Overall, I aim to generate new inquiries to help grow our business in the Southwest region.”
