CCF has joined the Thermal Insulation Contractors Association (TICA) as a member. This is said to form part of a wider business strategy and commitment to supporting contractors; sharing best practice and quality training across the CCF branch network.
By becoming a TICA member, CCF says it will be fully equipped to further support colleagues and customers with access to technical advice and product information. CCF’s membership status also comes at a crucial time for the business, as the distributor has recently introduced a HVAC offering across key branch locations.
Annemarie Shotton, category group manager for insulation at CCF, commented: “As a major interior building products distributor including insulation and now HVAC, it is important we align ourselves with associations such as TICA to enable better communication and relationships with the industry right across the supply chain.
“As a result, we can expect better training and resource for our own colleagues and branch teams across the UK who advise contractor customers on a daily basis, in addition to working with the association to raise awareness of ‘best practice’ and support initiatives and events, including the AGM in October for TICA’s 60th anniversary gala.”
