MKM Building Supplies has acquired Richard Williams (Deganwy) for an undisclosed sum.
The transaction was completed on 1 April, 2021, and it will be business as usual for staff and customers of the two branches, which are based in Llandudno Junction and Ruthin.
Founded in 1938 in Deganwy, North Wales, Richard Williams (Deganwy) was acquired by Martin Stewart in 1971. The business has grown ever since and has carved out a good reputation in its territory, recently under the joint managing directorships of Nigel and Robert Stewart.
Nigel and Robert will remain with the business for a period to assist with the ownership transition.
