MKM Building Supplies has acquired DTC Merchants, extending its coverage in Scotland.
MKM said the transaction was completed on Friday 30 October, 2020, and will be business as usual for staff and customers of the three branches based in Dumfries, Irvine and Ayrshire.
Donald Young, managing director of DTC, will remain with the business to assist with the ownership transition.
