NBP has announced to open the doors at its Hinckley Depot in November, stepping into the Midlands area after focusing on selling in the North of England since 2010.
The expansion comes as part of NBP’s plan to offer more coverage across the UK while the depot, located at Lime Kiln Business Park, will create more than 40 new jobs in the area.
To get the depot ready for opening, the initial 27,000ft2 space has been expanded to 30,710ft2 with the addition of a new mezzanine floor, maximising capacity for stocks to ensure NBP’s Midlands customers can get next day delivery or same day collection
Stephen Jones, sales director at NBP, said: “Following the success of our Leeds and Bolton depots, we are expanding our network across the UK. Hinckley is a fantastic location to serve the Midlands. Its excellent transport links will provide us with easy access to the Midlands, which means we can offer our next day delivery service on thousands of products.”
