NBP increases customer support levels

Northern Building Plastics (NBP) has launched a new online ordering system and expanded the customer support teams at all of its depots.

The new ordering system includes free next-day delivery and gives customers ultimate flexibility in ordering what they need.

This extends to NBP’s dedicated customer support teams across all four depots, who are on hand throughout the day to guide customers to what they need when they need it.

Stephen Jones, sales director at NBP says: “We’re always trying to make life easier for our customers, and streamlining our online ordering process was a bit of a no-brainer for us.

“This is why we’ve upgraded our online ordering system to make it easier for traders to get whatever they need. We offer free next-day delivery on all our orders, and you can order up until 10pm and still get it your products the very next day!

“We know that everyone has their schedules in place, but when things don’t go to plan, or you need something quickly, having an option to help with last-minute disruptions will save our customers so much hassle. Our orders are packed overnight, ready for delivery first thing, saving you time on-site and keeping your project running smoothly.

“More than this, we’ve also expanded our customer support teams at all of our depots. We now offer support to traders from 7:30am to 5pm Monday to Thursday, 7.30am to 4.30pm on Fridays and 8am – 12pm on Saturdays. Our advisors are on hand to help with product advice, quotes, or simply taking orders.

“We are committed to making things easier for our customers, no matter where they are or what they need, and this is one of many steps we are taking over the coming months to ensure our customer service is a valuable resource for all of the tradespeople we work with.”
