Permaroof, the UK importer and distributor of Firestone RubberCover roofing products, has acquired The Skylight Company for an undisclosed sum.
Already this year, Permaroof has launched a commercial sales division, expanded its contractor programme for tradespeople, and taken on additional warehousing space.
In January, the company launched its own range of glass edge roof lights, which makes the Skylight Company an exciting acquisition for the company and will help it to achieve target sales of £15 million this year.

We have an experienced and ambitious management team who are delighted to announce the first of our planned acquisitions as we continue to grow our presence, staff numbers and product offering.”
