The National Federation of Roofing Contractors (NFRC) has appointed Richard Miller as Chief Operating Officer (COO), responsible for all day-to-day operations of the trade association while continuing to have direct management of quality and compliance.
Commenting on his appointment, Richard said: “I am delighted to confirm my appointment as COO for NFRC. I have a passion for the roofing industry and look forward to providing a first-class service to our members, alongside our great team, and continuing to build strong relationships with all key external stakeholders.”
