Shortlist announced for the 2025 Roofscape Design Awards

Roofscape Design Awards

The finalists for the Trussed Rafter Association’s (TRA) Roofscape Design Awards have been announced.

Winners in all categories will be revealed during the TRA’s Annual General Meeting and Conference, taking place on Thursday 10 April 2025, with a special celebration at the TRA Dinner.

In a new addition for 2025, the TRA said the awards will also recognise individual excellence with three new categories: Innovation Champion of the Year, Safety Champion of the Year and Career Development Champion of the Year.

Nick Boulton, chief executive of the TRA, said: “The Roofscape Design Awards are a chance to celebrate the dedication and design talent across our industry. Every year, we see a high standard of entries that reflect the technical skill, creative thinking, and attention to detail that trussed rafter designers bring to their work.

“What makes these awards special is that they represent every corner of our industry, from those just starting out to experienced professionals pushing boundaries and setting new standards.

“This year is particularly exciting as we introduce three new individual categories that highlight the people behind the designs. Whether it’s championing innovation, prioritising safety, or supporting the next generation through career development, these individuals are helping to shape the future of the trussed rafter industry.

“We are proud to shine a spotlight on their achievements and look forward to celebrating with our members at the AGM later this month.”
