Avonside Group has announced the acquisition of Wolverhampton-based Danescourt Roofing. The move is the latest in a series of buyouts, which is part of the Avonside chief executive officer, Tony Burke’s long-term strategy.
Danescourt Roofing is a well-established operation that offers high-quality roofing works throughout the Midlands region.
Speaking about the acquisition, Tony said: “We are delighted to welcome Danescourt into the Avonside family, and I’d like to extend my thanks to both Russell Wood and Robert Meredith for their professionalism throughout the negotiating stages.”
He added: “We can now get down to the business of growing the Danescourt footprint as part of the UK’s most dynamic player within the roofing sector.”
