Travis Perkins has opened a new branch in Snetterton, Norfolk, creating 14 jobs in the small area.
The new site includes electric forklift trucks and electric charging points to help the builders’ merchant deliver on its ambition of decarbonising its fleet and becoming a net-zero carbon producer.
The new Snetterton branch also features a brand new Travis Perkins Hire facility that allows customers to hire tools, plant and equipment.
John Newell, branch manager, commented: “We’re really excited to be opening our doors to the tradespeople and builders of Snetterton, and our 14 strong team will do what matters for the trade. This branch will have everything they need, when and where they need it, and will deliver them value, convenience and consistency in a sustainable branch.
“We’re looking forward to welcoming and supporting all of our new customers with choice, quality, and brilliant service day-in, day-out and offer a fantastic delivery and collection service that doesn’t compromise them on time.”
