Travis Perkins has announced a new Derby branch opening on 20 May set to create 15 jobs.
The new branch in Northedge Business Park will also include electric forklift trucks as the builders’ merchant looks to delivering on its ambition of decarbonising its fleet and becoming a net-zero carbon producer.
Branch manager Adam Sheehan said: “We’re really excited to be opening our doors to the tradespeople and builders of Derby, and our 15 strong team will do what matters for the trade. This branch will have everything they need, when and where they need it, and will deliver them value, convenience and consistency.
