Velux has launched its new Velux Partner Programme.
The company said this is a tiered initiative designed to recognise, reward and support professional installers as they install Velux roof windows and engage with the brand. It is not a test or accreditation, but a recognition of installer loyalty, commitment and excellence, Velux added. The more active installers are within the programme, the more benefits and rewards they unlock.
Greig Allan, installer partner manager at Velux, said: “The Velux Partner Programme is about recognising the professionalism, skills and commitment of our installer partners. By rewarding engagement and loyalty, we’re strengthening relationships and supporting installers to deliver the best possible service to homeowners.”
The Velux Partner Programme is exclusively for Velux installers. The five key benefits available to members include: access to training, connecting with other installers, a portal for all Velux services, member benefits and access to marketing tools.
