Avonside Group has made further investments to strengthen the management capability within its ranks.
Sam Tebbs has been recruited to the Group as a management trainee. As such he will gain exposure to all elements of the business during his training, which will then allow him to support the business as is appropriate, and ultimately fast track him to fulfil a management role within the Group.
Commenting on Sam’s appointment, Tony Burke, managing director at Avonside Group, said: “We are delighted that Sam has elected to take up this opportunity. It is important to us that we develop more of our management talent from within, and we are all very excited about this initiative. We think it highlights a planned and progressive approach for the business.”
