Bracknell Roofing has added to its senior management team with three new appointments intended to support the expansion of its national network of branches.
George Challinor has been appointed to the position of operations director for the contractor’s activities in England and Wales. Mr. Challinor, who has been with Bracknell Roofing for over 25 years, will be responsible for 11 branches and 28 staff, including regional contracts directors, contract managers and production supervisors. He will oversee the delivery of contract budgetary controls; adherence to health & safety regulations; and ensure quality standards for Bracknell Roofing’s work is maintained on a range of private housing developments, social housing, regeneration and commercial projects.
The company has also hired Ian Bladon as regional contracts director for the Midlands. Mr. Bladon joins Bracknell Roofing with more than 30 years of experience in the roofing and construction industries, specialising particularly in the social housing refurbishment and non-housing market sectors.
In addition to these two appointments, Adam Botterill has also been hired as commercial development manager. The company says Mr. Botterill brings a wealth of sales and market experience to the senior team, where he will be responsible for developing a wider range of products and services to further enhance Bracknell Roofing’s overall market offering.
