Gradient has recruited two new employees to meet growing demand and sustain its growth while continuing to meet its customers’ current needs.
Nick Cousins has been appointed to the position of roofing surveyor to support the national surveying team and will assist Gradient customers on-site throughout the UK.
Timothy Brookes has joined the manufacturer’s design team as CAD technician and will work to deliver tapered and flat roof designs from Gradient’s new state-of-the-art facility, located at Burntwood Business Park in Staffordshire.

In fact, Gradient has really returned ?home’, relocating to premises just a stone’s throw away from where it commenced trading over 30 years ago.

Grdient says it works directly with clients to create roofing solutions using a number of different kinds of insulation, from cork, EPS, rock mineral wool or PIR.
