Hilton Banks, the family-owned company behind the HB42 sealant brand and adhesives, has appointed Scarlet McAleese-Banks and Charlie Banks as co-managing directors.

Charlie and Scarlet jointly take over from their father, Robert Banks, and are the latest generation to become directors of the company, the history of which stretches back to 1850, when it was established by Benjamin Banks.

Today, Hilton Banks distributes a large range of products to a network of independent merchants and hardware stores across the UK.

Commenting on her appointed, Scarlet said: “Charlie and I are excited and delighted to be taking over as joint managing directors of the company, which has had a good year despite the COVID-19 pandemic.

“Both myself and Charlie have some exciting ideas for the future direction of the business but rest assured, our merchant customers can continue to rely on the products and services that has made Hilton Banks so successful for so long.”
