As part of ongoing improvements to its business operations, Pasquill has implemented a new management structure, which sees Ross Baxter appointed to the role of general manager.
Formerly sales and marketing director, Mr. Baxter has been with the company for almost four years, in which Pasquill has worked alongside former managing director Stuart McKill to help steer the company through the challenges brought on by the recession.
The new Pasquill management structure has also resulted in the promotion of Chris Powell to regional sales manager for the south. Mr. Powell has 12 years of experience in the timber industry as a technical designer and as a sales and design manager. Pasquill says his work at the company has been largely responsible for the successful growth of its Bury St Edmunds and Redhill design offices.
Commenting on the new management structure, Ross Baxter said: “The team we have in place puts us in a very strong position to be able to achieve our goal of making Pasquill the market leader and meeting the specific needs of our different customer sectors.”
The re-organisation of personnel follows a period of investment by Pasquill, which put a six-figure investment into its operations throughout 2014. The company says this will continue into 2015, with financing earmarked for staff training, equipment and infrastructure.
