Building products supplier PermaGroup has appointed Holly Bramwell in its newly-established group sales manager role as the business experiences continued growth with sights set on expansion into new markets.
With almost two decades of building products experience, Holly will support PermaGroup’s ambitious plans through building the sales team function to underpin these ventures.
PermaGroup has already invested resources into several new products this year and aims to continue to diversify its range.
Adrian Buttress, managing director of PermaGroup, said: “Holly has a natural ability to guide and support sales teams and we’re really pleased to have her on board in a role that will utilise her key strengths, as well as giving an excellent career progression opportunity to take her to the next level by working with our existing sales team and building it up going forward.
“We will be looking to appoint several new salespeople within our organisation this year and Holly’s support will be instrumental to this.”
Holly said: “Taking on a new position at such a well-known company is really exciting, and I’m looking forward to shaping the role as I get settled in. One of the reasons I was eager to join PermaGroup was to play a part in the HR side of the team too. I won’t only be overseeing the sales targets, strategy and customer service, I’ll also be looking at how we can add to the team with talented sales representatives across the country.”
Adrian added: “Within the last two years, many things have changed in our sector and as a result I’ve taken the time to take a step back and evaluate our business model and markets so that I can realign our strategy. I see some really good opportunities ahead and intend to fully capitalise on them. Having Holly as group sales manager will be integral to finding further salespeople who are at the top of their game, to support our very ambitious growth plans.”
