Anthony Hogan will join the Single Ply Roofing Association (SPRA) at its new technical expert, from 4 May.

Anthony graduated from the University of Liverpool with a degree in architecture before working for Protan (UK), becoming a champion for single-ply membranes.

More recently, he has been working on the contracting side of the flat roofing industry as a surveyor and estimator for a national, industrial roofing and cladding contractor, in which he became familiar with several other manufacturers’ roofing systems.

Commenting on his new position, Anthony said: “I am delighted to be joining SPRA as it is such a highly respected organisation, and I look forward to working with Ronan Brunton and the rest of the SPRA team.”

Ronan Brunton, chief executive officer of SPRA, added: “We are delighted to welcome Anthony to the SPRA team to help enhance the technical support to our members, as he brings the necessary balance of industry experience from a product manufacturer technical role, as well as his roofing contractor expertise.”
