Alsecco has appointed Phil Gilmore as business development manager and Georgia Mason as logistics coordinator.
As key customer-focused roles, Alsecco said the new team members enable continued face-to-face support for customer projects.
Dean Broughton, managing director at Alsecco, said: “Phil brings a wealth of knowledge around facades and EWI to the role, and is driven by the opportunity to demonstrate the key benefits of products and support architects, consulting engineers and contractors in developing new business and specifying the right solutions to meet their project requirements.”
Phil will take a key role in advising customers in London and the Southeast of the UK around the quality, performance and testing of Alsecco products, working with industry professionals across new build, refurbishment and recladding projects.
Dean continued: “Georgia is then part of our ongoing logistical support for customer projects, ensuring they have what they need, when they need it. Both roles are focused on providing customer service across the full project timeline, helping architects and specifiers to choose products that tackle specific project challenges and keep those projects on track.”
Georgia added: “It’s exciting to be part of a company that has ambitious growth plans and puts customer needs at the forefront of its operations.
“I have already undertaken practical training to gain further insights into the products and how they are installed, ensuring that I have the knowledge to provide informed support to customers, and can accurately liaise with suppliers and transport providers throughout the course of a project to ensure stock is supplied to support timeframes.”
