Avonside Group Services has announced the purchase of SBS Roofing, the Bradford-based commercial and residential roofing business.
Announcing the acquisition, Tony Burke, Avonside Group’s managing director, said: “We are delighted to be able to announce the SBS Roofing acquisition as a further acceleration of our Group’s expansion plans. It forms part of our strategy of targeting high-quality and growing operations, of which SBS most definitely are.”
Speaking on behalf of SBS Roofing, managing director, Phil Redfearn, said: “We see the acquisition by the Avonside Group as a real opportunity to continue to expand our business model within the framework of an ambitious and high-performance culture.”
