CA Group is celebrating its Employee Benefit Trust (EBT) status for its 15th year as it goes from strength to strength, continuing to inwardly invest and expand its operations.
The Group became in EBT in December 2006 meaning that the business is owned by, and held in trust on behalf of, its employees.
Its differentiation in the industry links back to its ethos and core values as a company, as so many manufacturers are instead owned by large multi-national PLCs.
