International M&E consultancy CPW has opened a new Bristol office with intentions to grow its presence in the region.
Based near Castle Park and St Nicholas Market, CPW has taken on 1,000ft2 of office space following a business-wide rebrand, supporting the firm’s long-term strategic growth plans across the South West.
CPW has secured a strong pipeline of work in the South West, where it has recently been appointed for the design of 425 low-carbon homes in the £75 million Parklands Village project near Weston-super-Mare, the £3 million University of Reading de-carbonisation project on its Whiteknights campus, and a number of healthcare commissions for various trusts in and around the region.
Commenting on the development, Dave Poynor, director at CPW, said: “After outgrowing our previous office, the Vintry was an attractive option due to its inner-city location, excellent transport links, and range of amenities. It has also undergone a recent refurbishment, to offer a contemporary, industrial appearance – which is sure to support employee wellbeing, collaboration and innovation.”
He added: “We are experiencing particular growth in the healthcare, residential, industrial and logistics sectors in the region so it’s an exciting time to be based in the South West. As a result, we are looking to expand our team and currently have a number of vacancies, particularly for experienced senior and graduate electrical engineers.”
