Dudley’s Aluminium is supporting its 52 employees through the current cost of living crisis with a one-off payment of £750.
Colin Shorney, managing director of Dudley’s Aluminium, said: “As a responsible employer, we are taking this step to help our employees through the current economic conditions.
“We have a workforce with a strong sense of loyalty who are proud to work for the company and it is only right that we support our employees through this crisis as although inflation is expected to have now peaked, costs for food, energy and fuel remain high.”
