EPIC is making it easier for specifiers and contractors to access a wealth of information about insulated panel systems with the launch of a new, fully mobile-optimised website.
The company says that over recent years there has been a massive increase in the use of mobile devices to research and view material online and so the new website is aimed at improving user experience.
It follows a wave of initiatives from the well-established association, including the introduction earlier this year of a Sustainability Charter for members.
Visitors to the website will be able to read about the benefits and uses of insulated panels, they can download the latest versions of the EPIC Guides such as the regulatory requirements for the conservation of energy, fire performance, and end of life, as well as the Sustainability Charter and Report. A new series of technical guidance documents on a range of industry topics will also be available to download.
Martin Hardwick, general secretary at EPIC, commented: “Our purpose is to share the expertise and research that EPIC has gathered over the years. We aim to ensure EPIC’s knowledge is widely available and as easy as possible for people to access and use. Our investment in this new website underlines our commitment to be the first stop for the latest information on insulated panels.”
