EPDM roofing systems producer Firestone Building Products (FSBP) has appointed Philip Moors as managing director for the UK and Ireland, following the retirement of James Cave.
Philip has worked internationally for FSBP for the past 18 years and brings an extensive understanding of industry trends, technologies, customers and markets to the UK and Ireland business.
He heads up a team at FSBP UK & Ireland’s new offices in Knutsford, Cheshire, and will co-ordinate the activities of the team with FSBP’s EMEA headquarters in Belgium.
Commenting on his appointment, Philip said: “There is a huge opportunity to drive significant growth for FSBP in the UK and Ireland, and delivering strategic growth while focusing on high standards of quality and service is where my strengths lie, so I am really passionate about the potential here.
“I am also working with a very talented team who know our customers and the UK and Ireland market, ensuring we deliver high quality support for our environmentally-friendly and sustainable solutions and that we tailor our service to what our customers need now and in the future.
