Neil Marshall, the former chief executive officer of the National Insulation Association, has returned to the industry to head the newly formed Insulation Alliance.
Commenting on his return, Neil said: “I have been overwhelmed by the number of requests I have received from former colleagues and members to come back and lead our industry at this critical time – in the wake of the Grenfell tragedy, a new government with ambitious climate change objectives and a new quality regime led by Trustmark – the opportunities and challenges for our industry are immense. The support I have received and the opportunities and challenges we face are truly exciting, and I’ve decided to return to the industry, as there is unfinished business.
“However, I’m coming back not as leader of a trade body but as leader and a spokesperson for the Insulation Alliance, which means that I have no vested or commercial interest, and members of the Alliance can be assured that I’m totally independent and will work in the best interests of the industry.”
Membership of the Insulation Alliance is £300 plus VAT for installers and £500 plus VAT for manufacturers and system designers
