Specialist flat-roofing supplier Langley UK has sold its subsidiary contracting company Eco Green Roofs via a management buy-out to Keith Hills, the subsidiary firm’s managing director.
Commenting on the sale completed on 20 February, Tony Silvestri, chief executive of Langley, said: “The business had undertaken a review of its long term strategy and decided to stop its green roof installation and contracting activities and re-focus its efforts on its core operation of specification sales.
“The company will continue to invest in its Green Infrastructure and Sustainability strategies but will now do so through its new Eco Solutions division. We wish Keith Hills and the EGR team all the very best in their new venture.”
