Neil Marshall, who previously headed up energy efficiency and fuel poverty at British Gas, and is the former chief executive officer of the National Insulation Association, has set up Neil Marshall Consultancy Services, which specialises in providing marketing, business development, public affairs and lobbying support to companies in the energy efficiency market.
Neil has a wealth of knowledge and experience in the energy and energy efficiency industries, and is going to be providing independent, thought provoking comment and commentary on key topics of interest to RCI’s readers.
