The National Federation of Roofing Contractors (NFRC) has postponed its Roofing Awards 2020 until October 2 due to the spread of COVID-19 in the UK.
The decision followed the Government’s advice on holding public events during the likely peak of the pandemic.
James Talman, chief executive of the NFRC, said: “The UK Roofing Awards is the roofing industry’s flagship event and we are all so disappointed that it had to be moved.
“However, we look forward hopefully to a more optimistic time for everyone in October and to delivering the event to the highest possible standards. We will continue to follow advice and protocol from the UK Government and the NHS.”
All tickets purchased for the original date will be valid in October.
