Nutshell Construction is to begin working with children’s charity Rockinghorse to raise money through a number of fundraising initiatives.

As the official fundraising arm of the Royal Alexandra Children’s Hospital (the Alex) and a supporter of the Trevor Mann Baby Unit (TMBU) in Brighton, Rockinghorse raises money for life-saving and cutting-edge medical equipment for the many babies, children and young people who use these facilities.

Ben Copper, director of Nutshell, said: “We are delighted to be supporting such an incredible charity. We all know somebody who has been supported by the Royal Alexandra Children’s Hospital and the wonderful Trevor Mann Baby Unit. Many of us at Nutshell have young families ourselves and are delighted to be lending a hand in support.”

Analiese Doctrove, head of fundraising at Rockinghorse, said: “We are absolutely delighted to have been chosen as Nutshell’s charity of the year. We’re very much looking forward to working with them to help us to continue to raise vital funds for our work.”

Nutshell Construction is a Sussex-based, family run company founded in 2008 working on both heritage and new build properties.
