Case Study 1: New Flat Roof Installation with LAVA 20 Waterproofing and Optional Dark Grey Top Coat
Before: Newly installed OSB timber roof on a housing estate was prepped and ready with trims and outlets in place, ensuring everything was perfectly aligned for waterproofing.
Solution: The LAVA 20 Waterproofing System was applied to fully seal the OSB timber roof. Every joint and corner was reinforced and taped using matting, Owl PU Mastic and two coats of LAVA 20, creating a watertight surface designed to last for 25 years.
Optional Top Coat: After curing, a dark grey top coat was applied, enhancing the roof’s appearance and adding an extra layer of durability.

Case Study 2: Balcony Waterproofed with Lava 20 System and Anti- Slip System
Before: This balcony had deteriorated due to extensive water damage and frequent foot traffic. The flooring was uneven, stained, and showed visible signs of water leakage, causing discoloration and deterioration.
With Lava 20 & Anti Slip System: The LAVA 20 Waterproofing System was applied to create a smooth, watertight, and highly durable surface, ensuring protection for the next 25 years.
After curing, an anti-slip system was installed. Lava 20 clear top coat was applied, followed by quartz for slip resistance. Once cured, excess quartz was removed, leaving a stylish, slip-resistant, and waterproof finish ready for heavy foot traffic.
