Rinus Roofing Supplies has expanded its company by taking on a warehouse unit at Cross Green Vale Industrial Estate in Leeds.

Property consultancy firm, Gent Visick, let the 10,785 sq ft for MSN Properties on a 10-year lease to the roofing supplies company.

GRM Property acted on behalf of Rinus Roofing Supplies, which has over 30 years of experience within the roofing supplies industry. With 24 branches across the UK, the company will be installing a new trade counter at the warehouse, which it will use as a depot. The site also includes a 0.35-acre yard area and ancillary ground floor offices.

Surveyor, Harry Fullerton, from Gent Visick’s agency division, said: “We agreed a deal within just two weeks of bringing the property onto the market. It’s the ideal location for a business like Rinus Roofing Supplies, as it’s a thriving industrial estate in a great location.

“The unit has a prominent position on Cross Green Vale Industrial Estate and is also really accessible. Approximately just one mile from both Junction 45 of the M1 Motorway and Leeds City Centre, it’s a great location for Rinus Roofing Supplies as it expands into Leeds.”

With its head office in Darwen, Blackburn, Rinus Roofing Supplies also has two other branches in Yorkshire – one in Sheffield and one in Bradford.
