SSQ is celebrating a landmark anniversary for Dalgeet DeSouza, who first joined the business 25 years ago in 1998.
As a leading member of the SSQ sales team, Dalgeet has played a crucial role in SSQ’s growth, which in the time has gone from supplying solely Spanish natural slate to the sole source of Riverstone phyllite – a highly-prized material for roofing and cladding from the company’s own Argentinian quarry.
Today, as a regional director, she helps spread the word about the benefits of natural roofing materials, and nurturing relationships with dozens of SSQ customers around the South East.
Company founder and managing director Ahmed El-Helw commented: “Dalgeet has been a hugely valued and respected member of the SSQ family since the late 1990s.
“In that time, our business has grown considerably, and I have no doubt that Dalgeet’s commitment and enthusiasm have played a crucial role in making that happen.
“Both from myself on behalf of everyone at SSQ, I’d like to take this opportunity to thank her for a quarter-century of tireless service.”
