Wickes has launched its first app exclusively for trade customers. Available now in both the App Store and Google Play, the ‘Wickes Trade’ app is part of the retailers continued investment in the trade.
The app provides easy access for Wickes trade customers to use their exclusive discounts at the touch of a button and has been developed following customer insight showing that almost three fifths (60%) of current trade customers open their Wickes emails on a mobile phone. The home improvement retailer has responded to this behaviour by making it easier and quicker for trade customers to access their exclusive discount vouchers.
The app automatically updates with the latest voucher, enabling trade to claim money off each time they shop, together with providing a handy store locator to over 240 stores nationwide; perfect when out on the job.
