Avonside Group Services has announced the appointment of experienced operations and partnership manager, Simon Wilson as the new manager of its Biggleswade Residential Roofing branch bringing with him 28 years of valuable experience in the construction industry.
Simon brings significant construction experience and has managed multi-million-pound contracts for various employers including British Rail, Keepmoat Group and the London Boroughs of Camden and Islington, along with large-scale housing development projects for Notting Hill Housing Trust and Tower Hamlet Homes. He joins Avonside from Chas Berger & Son, a Hertfordshire-based commercial building service provider.
Avonside’s southern regional operations director, Vincent Hughes, said: “We are delighted to have Simon onboard as his industry and management experience will make him a valuable asset to our growing workforce and business.”
