Pasquill, UK manufacturer and supplier of roof trusses, is celebrating the milestones of several long-serving colleagues.

Awards were presented to nine employees achieving five, ten, 15 or 25 years’ service, along with a commendation of their achievements and dedication to their careers with Pasquill.

In particular, three employees have reached significant milestones and praised the company for valuing its employees, as well as providing regular training and opportunities to develop.

Richard Singleton has served with the company for a quarter of a century and in that time has progressed from a site manager to operations engineering manager. He said: “The constant variety and fresh opportunities available have been a large influence in me being here for 25 years.

“To help me seize every opportunity, Pasquill has provided me with general, management and yellow and green belt training – all proving invaluable to my career. Culture is another integral factor; it feels like one large family which makes it a great place to be a part of.”

James Mann, senior designer at Bury St Edmunds, is celebrating 15 years since beginning his career as a Trainee Designer. He added: “Pasquill offered me my first Designer role after finishing my degree and thanks to a range of training I’ve now progressed to Senior Designer.”
