Promat UK has appointed Dan Gregory as business development manager for technical insulation in a move that it says underlines the growing strength of its product portfolio.
According to Promat, Mr. Gregory brings experience in commercial and technical roles from his time in the insulation and oil sectors. Having trained for three years with SIG before taking up a role as category manager, Mr. Gregory went on to work at Cape before starting at Promat.
Speaking about his new role, Mr. Gregory said: “I’ll be working with our distributors and focusing on certain niche products such as Promat PROMAFOUR. This is one of our more specialist products which has recently been launched in the UK market, and I’ll be providing both technical and commercial support to our specialist distributors, and also helping to increase awareness of this type of product among their end-user customers.”
Peter Keenan, sales director, Building at Promat UK, said: “Adding Dan to our UK team is an important step forward for us. Our product range in the UK is far wider than many people realise, and we’re always looking to add new elements to it. To do that successfully we must give our customers all the support they need to benefit from these opportunities, and with people such as Dan on the team we’re perfectly placed to do exactly that.”
