RICS welcomes new Fellow from BSRIA

A Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) member from the BSRIA has been awarded the state of Fellowship in the Institute

The BSRIA (Building Services Research and Information Association) has announced the appointment of its head of sustainable construction group, Jo Harris, into Fellowship status at the RICS

The BSRIA says they are delighted that Ms Harris has been awarded the state of Fellowship into the Institute that promotes and enforces the highest professional qualifications and standards in the development and management of land, real estate, construction and infrastructure.

Ms Harris commented: “I am honoured that I have been awarded this esteemed accolade. I am aware of the important role RICS has within the sector and I’ll be continuing my work in support of this. I’m also keen to help cement the relationship between RICS and BSRIA.”

The Fellowship status has been awarded to less than 20% of all members and RICS says it demonstrates significant career achievements and successes; a passion for developing the industry; sharing knowledge and supporting others to reach their goals.
