SFS intec appoints two new technical sales managers

Roofing and cladding fastener manufacturer, SFS intec, says it has welcomed Bethan Mulvenna and Katie Bowman as its new technical sales managers to serve building envelope customers in London, the South-East and South-West of England.

Bethan will head-up sales in the South-East region. Having acquired 18 years’ experience in the building products market, including work with leading manufacturers of specialist insulation, Bethan is said to have a background which is ideally suited to servicing the contractor customer base.

Bethan’s new colleague in the South-West is Katie Bowman. Katie is said to have a wealth of experience in the building product manufacturing and specification markets, having previously worked in a technical sales role with a metals and composite specialist, and architectural specification for a ceiling manufacturer.

Katie said: “It’s fantastic to be part of the SFS building envelope team. SFS is a brand held in high regard across the roofing and cladding market, and comes from a position of strong integrity, an unwavering commitment to quality and a great company ethos. I’m looking forward to working with roofing and cladding contractors to ensure they get the most out the solutions available from SFS.”

Bethan added: “One of the things that SFS customers benefit from most is our focus on forward-planning to ensure the delivery of fasteners does not delay a project. I’ve already seen the value this has in respect of minimising lead times, especially for coloured fasteners or specials, and it’s great to be part of a team that understands the intricacies of what is required to deliver outstanding customer service.”

David Osborne, SFS intec national sales manager, commented: “I’m delighted to have Bethan and Katie join our team and look forward to working with them as our products and services evolve to deliver even better solutions to meet our customers’ challenges. They will undoubtedly bring a new dimension to our team, and help us to be more representative of today’s modern world.”
