Triple appointment and one comeback announced

Marley Alutec says it is delighted to announce the appointments of Kevin Stanley, Don Roche and Leigh-Anne Copeland, as well as the return of marketing communications manager, Ivona Nicol from maternity leave.

The company says that the new arrivals reaffirm its commitment to continued growth and signal the speed at which Marley Alutec is expanding. Kevin Stanley joined the company as head of operations, a new role that will help strengthen customer satisfaction and supply chain, which is at the core of all operational activities. Bringing together the operations and customer service functions of the company, Kevin will deliver continuous customer service improvements and introduce operational excellence with supporting KPIs.

Speaking on his new appointment, Kevin commented: “This is an exciting time to be joining the company and I’m looking forward to implementing some of these new processes to help facilitate the continued growth of high performing teams that deliver strong customer outcomes.”

Don Roche will oversee growing sales of Marley Alutec’s rainwater and eaves solutions as an area sales manager covering the region of South Wales and the South West. As an experienced sales manager, Don has a track record of success from more than 30 years of sales in the construction and civils sector.

Commenting on his new role, Don said: “I’m really pleased to have joined a renowned market leader and look forward to establishing myself around the region as somebody who assists and supports sales.”

With a sales background in the automotive industry, Leigh-Anne Copeland is said to be an important appointment in the internal sales support team. Leigh-Anne will be responsible for a range of customer relationship tasks that support the area sales managers.

Finally, returning to the company is Ivona Nicol, who will step back into her role as marketing communications manager following her maternity leave. She will begin working within an expanded marketing team which will continue to promote Marley Alutec as a supplier.

When asked about her return, Ivona commented: “Returning to Marley Alutec was never in question because of the satisfaction I had experienced in my previous three years working here. I have always been attracted to how dynamic the business is and I’m excited to see the pace at which it continues to grow with the new additions and site expansion.”
