Builders merchant attracts celebs and famous faces to play charity football tournament

Michael Kurn of TalkSport, Big Brother winner Jason Burrill, ITV presenter, Rob Lamarr, Ashley Buckenham of Celebrity Ghost Hunt, former professional footballer Kerry Mayo and Britain’s Got Talent singing sensation, Wayne Woodward, are among the well-known personalities taking to the pitch for Chandlers Building Supplies’ big footie tournament in Sussex.

The brainchild of the family-owned builders’ merchants, the event is hosted by Seaford Town FC on Sunday, September 1 and will run from 12 noon until 6 pm and welcomes 11 teams to the tournament including two from Chandlers Building Supplies.

All proceeds from the day are going to four charities; Rainy Day Trust, Teenage Cancer Trust, Variety Children’s Charity and local Seaford WOLO charity, helping families affected by cancer.

In association with Celeb FC, a separate Look A Likes team to include Mrs. Brown, Pamela Anderson, David Beckham, James Corden, Robbie Williams, Prince Harry and Marilyn Monroe among others, will also take part in the 11 team seven-a-side charity tournament.
