MKM Building Supplies has opened a new branch in Ashford, which will be run by father and son duo John and Tom Rose.
MKM Ashford will also be supporting local charity Pilgrims Hospice with the set goal of raising £2,000 at the launch event.
John and Tom will be accompanied at MKM Ashford by a team of 15 with a combined experience of 300 years together.
Speaking about the branch opening, John said: “I was delighted when Tom suggested we go into business together and run our own merchants. I have 40 years-experience in the construction industry, and I’m chomping at the bit to deliver the service I know the area deserves.
“This is a family run business, we value that, and we intend for the values that go with that to shine through in how we operate. MKM Ashford stands for outstanding customer service, and a personal touch. We want our customers to get to know us at the branch, and we want to get to know them, so that we can work to get them exactly what they need.”
