Russell Roof Tiles is congratulating four members of its production management team for successfully completing their Apprenticeship on Team Leader or Supervisor Level 3.
The successful Leadership and Management Course graduates are assistant works manager Andy Iliff, who received a pass, trainee manager Kirby Charlesworth, who received a merit, and maintenance manager Otto Mathiesen and production supervisor Sean Rogers, who both received the top distinction grade.
The Team Leader or Supervisor Apprenticeship is suitable for individuals who are working in a first line management role. Key responsibilities may include supporting, managing and developing team members, managing projects and planning and monitoring workloads and resources.
Training was supplied via Access Training (East Midlands) and the four started pre-COVID and continued to work through it remotely during lockdown. Each employee received a certificate and digital credential.
Bruce Laidlaw, operations director at Russell Roof Tiles, said: “Andy, Kirby, Otto and Sean have worked hard and taken every opportunity presented to them and they are all shining examples of how our employees, with our support, can achieve their own goals. We’re especially impressed that they all continued to progress through their apprenticeship during the pandemic.”
