Lotty Pritchard has been appointed marketing director for the SIG UK Roofing business.
Lotty joined SIG Roofing as the head of marketing two years ago. She has seven years of experience in the construction industry, having previously worked at Jewson. Before that, she held various marketing positions across different industries after completing her marketing degree in 2007.
Since joining the business, SIG Roofing said that Lotty has focused on supporting the company’s network of over 100 SIG Roofing branches and promoting business through various customer-driven creative and fundraising campaigns.
The wider SIG UK Roofing businesses, SR Timber and Flex-R have also benefited from this support, the business added. In December of last year, Lotty and her team received the highly commended status for ‘Marketing Team of the Year’ at the Construction Marketing Awards for 2024.
Lotty said: “I am excited to take on this new position at SIG UK Roofing. Over the past two years, we have supported teams across the business and tailored customer initiatives to make it easier for roofers to do business with us. We have made significant progress in testing social media strategies, rewarding loyal customers, and ensuring compliance. There is much more planned for 2025.”
Chris Lodge, managing director at SIG UK Roofing, added: “Lotty’s appointment will further strengthen the marketing team and acknowledge the excellent work done in supporting our customers through continually challenging market conditions. They have developed and deepened customer relationships through implementing price-driven promotions and loyalty initiatives.
“Beyond these tactical efforts, working to support SKCIN to raise awareness of skin cancer within the roofing community, as well as supporting the Band of Builders—especially in the area of mental health—demonstrates their holistic approach to marketing the SIG UK Roofing business. I wish her every success; she is a pleasure to work with.”
Lotty will continue to lead the marketing team of four and report directly to Chris Lodge.
