SPV Group has recently celebrated the retirement of Mr John Roper, who has worked within the business since its conception in 2001.
Mr Roper assisted with the planning and programming of all jobs within the SPV contracts department of the office.
He was presented with a gold watch from SPV along with a box of treats to assist him with his retirement. Hs colleagues also presented him with a number of personal gifts.
Speaking of his time at the company, John said: “Thanks to everyone for a great send off on my retirement on Friday and for all the presents and good wishes. I have enjoyed working for and with everyone at SPV and will take many happy memories with me into my retirement.”
Howard Evans, managing director of SPV Group, commented: “It has been a delight working with John over the years and he has been a very valued and respected member of the team. We thank John for all his hard work and for his commitment to SPV Group over the last 12 years and wish him all the best for his retirement!”
