The National House-Building Council (NHBC) has appointed Ian Cranston as a non-executive director of its Board.
Mr. Cranston holds the position of group investments director at RSA Insurance Group and as well as his new role on the Board, he will also chair NHBC’s Investment Committee, which oversees the organisation’s portfolio of investments.
Ian said: “NHBC is a leading authority on new home construction and plays a vital role working with builders to raise the standard of new homes and to provide assistance to homeowners when necessary. I am very much looking forward to contributing to this important work.”
Mike Quinton, NHBC’s chief executive, said: “I’m delighted to welcome Ian to the Board. His specialist investment skills will be enormously beneficial to the company.”
