Klober has strengthened its training offering by bringing two of its area account managers – Nick King and David Rolph – into the team. Both Nick and David have extensive practical knowledge of roofing and will run the company’s training days at its Castle Donington site.
Aimed at merchants and contractors, the training days cover roof ventilation theory while also allowing plenty of time for valuable practical experience in fitting products on the company’s training rigs. Up-to-date changes in standards and regulations are also covered. The company can also offer flexible dates and deliver on-site and in-house training sessions by arrangement.
The typical content of a standard training day giving an overview of roofing ventilation requirements includes: condensation problems and ventilation solutions; dry-fix roofing; battens and interlocking tiles on gable roofs; universal roof vents; eaves ventilation; Permo air and Sepa light underlays and practical fixing. The courses are free-of-charge and include a buffet lunch and refreshments.
